Testing FAQs

How long does the test take?

Our test takes 1 minute to give a result, the whole appointment takes around 10-15 minutes

When will I receive the result?

At the appointment

Why can't I find your address?

We operate out of discreet venues across Berkshire. To keep them discreet, we only publicise the area in which we are testing, you’ll need to call or e-mail to find out exactly where we are going to be.

Do you offer walk-in sessions?

Again, our service is designed to be as discreet as possible, so we do not have a waiting room and we only see people by pre-booked appointment. This ensures when you turn up to your appointment, you’ll be seen straight away and not bump into anyone else that is testing with us that day.

How soon can I be seen?

We have daytime and evening appointments available. We will book you in for when it suits you best, but aim to get you in for same day testing, where possible, so you might call or e-mail us at 10am, and we’ll have you booked in for 11am the same day! Now that’s service! Please note testing is not available on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

How much does it cost?

As testing is no longer funded, we ask for a £10 contribution to help cover the cost. You can make this payment via credit or debit card or paypal – here
