Tai chi breathing calms the body and can have a plethora of positive effects on your mental and physical health. We have had a video series specially created for TVPS to help you manage stress, pain and issues with sleeping.

Exercises such as yoga or tai chi can really help to relieve stress and promote calmness. Even just doing 10 minutes a day can really benefit you and the movement can help you stay healthy and feel good.

Mindfulness is a form of meditation that involves bringing your attention back when your mind starts to wander. Essentially it is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

We have put together some bite-size mindfulness exercises that you can use in your day to day life when you feel stressed, worried or overwhelmed.
